Erin is a health care philanthropy leader who specializes in creating and implementing grateful patient strategies and in fostering clinician engagement in philanthropy with physicians, nurses and other frontline caregivers. Erin is passionate about building mutually-beneficial and meaningful connections with grateful patients to drive major gifts and has implemented successful grateful patient programs over multi-hospital systems. In addition to playing an integral role in driving Accordant Philanthropy’s grateful patients and physician engagement service lines, she also serves in strategic planning and campaign management.

Prior to joining Accordant Philanthropy®, Erin advanced fund development at a large, regional, multi-hospital system that is part of one of the largest, national, not-for-profit health care systems in the U.S. Her most recent position was serving as the chief philanthropy leader for a regional medical center, where she not only led a capital campaign that achieved historic giving for the organization but also served as an integral member of the hospital’s executive team that leads strategic decision making and financial planning for the hospital.

Erin’s knowledge of hospital operations and health care culture, combined with her in-depth frontline experience, enable her to integrate programs and solutions that are unique to the health care industry. She is a Certified Fund Raising Executive and is a graduate of the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University.
