PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT & CERTIFIED EXECUTIVE COACH

Linda Roszak Burton brings 25 years of experience in aligning strategic goals and organizational values through leadership development and employee engagement initiatives. Linda also offers expertise to organizations looking to achieve structural alignment and enhance strategic goal planning. Combined with her research and evidence-based applications of positive psychology, contemporary neuroscience, gratitude and healthy work environments, Linda guides executives and their teams to achieve optimal organizations with progressive leadership.

Before joining Accordant Philanthropy®, Linda founded and continues to serve as managing partner of a leadership development, organizational design and executive coaching firm. As an executive coach, Linda is passionate about fostering a positive environment with organizational accountability through consensus building and conflict resolution. She serves as an adjunct college faculty member, teaching the positive benefits and healing components of gratitude as it relates to healthy work environments.

Linda is a credentialed executive coach through the International Coach Federation, holding coaching certifications in Brain-Based Coaching from the NeuroLeadership Institute and is a licensed Positive Psychology Instructor. Linda is also certified in assessment instruments- Everything DiSC®, Conflict Dynamics Profile® (CDP) and LifeOptions Profile™- that support client awareness, insight and goal-clarification.

Linda is the author of Gratitude Heals ~ A Journal for Inspiration and Guidance. She is an Affiliate Member of the Institute of Coaching (IOC), an affiliate at McLean Hospital and at Harvard Medical School, as well as a member of the NeuroLeadership Institute (NLI). She holds memberships from the Global International Coach Federation (ICF) and the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA). Linda received her degree from Virginia Tech and is currently pursuing a M.S. in Negotiation and Conflict Management at the University of Baltimore.
